PROJECT UPAHAR 3.0 – BUILDING A SENSITIVE AND EMPATHETIC COMMUNITY
Blanket Donation Drive @ Suncity School Sector 37D.
Instilling ‘Sanskaars’ and the spirit of generosity & sensitivity towards social responsibility, among our students, ‘Joy of Giving Week’ was celebrated from the 20th of Dec’21 to the 24th of Dec’21 under the aegis of project ‘UPHAAR’ level III a social welfare initiative.
Under this, blankets were donated by our Suncitizens, both students & staff, which were donated to the underprivileged at various places in Gurgaon, like:
The Harmony house – A charitable organization for street children that works towards helping the destitute children with the provisions, opportunities and care that they deserve.
Sai Baba Kushth Ashram – A registered organization that works towards providing shelter and care to the lepers.
Suncity School, Sector 37D – Our housekeeping/support staff consisting of the nannies, gardeners, helpers, security guards etc. were also given the blankets that were donated by our Suncitizens.
