Announcements for admission to the Elementary Years Programme are declared through the school website and an advertisement in a leading newspaper in August (tentatively). Prospective parents must visit the school website for further information and updates.
Admission to Grades I to V
In Grades I to V, students are admitted throughout the year depending on the availability of seats. The school gives preference to siblings and transfer cases. There is no entrance exam or interaction of the child/parents. The admission is granted solely based on: filling out the online admission form, submitting the child’s report card and the TC from the previous school, a copy of the birth certificate, and address proof. Parents must fill out the questionnaire as a part of the admission formalities and documentation. Some important guidelines one needs to follow for Admission are:
- Fill in the application form for registration
- Check the age chart as of 31st March 2025 for admission

- Submit the online registration form along with a copy of the birth certificate and the Aadhaar card of the child for ID.
- If admission is granted, necessary deposits and fees should be made immediately along with two passport-size photographs.
- Transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school and medical certificate should also be submitted to complete the admission process.

Admission to Grades VI to IX:
Applications are accepted throughout the term depending on the seats available in the class to which admission is sought. The school gives preference to siblings and transfer cases. It is mandatory for those applying for admission to fill in the form online (www.suncityschool-37d.com). Some of the guidelines one needs to follow for Admission are:
- Fill in the application form for registration
- Apply along with a copy of the birth certificate and Aadhaar card of the child for ID.
- If admission is granted, necessary deposits and fees should be made immediately along with two passport-size photographs.
- Transfer certificate (TC) from the previous school (if relevant) and medical certificate should also be submitted to complete the admission process.
