Eid-Ul-Zuha, the festival of sacrifice is here again to fill our hearts with joy and warmth. On the auspicious occasion of Eid-Ul- Zuha, a Special Assembly was conducted by the Suncitizens of Grade II B on 16th July, 2021. The assembly started with the morning prayer along with the ‘Islamic Dua’ which highlighted the power of faith in Allah. This was followed by the current news update about the nation and the world. Later, the students shared the importance of Eid-Ul-Zuha, which enhanced the knowledge of everyone about the Islamic culture. The students looked super excited as they expressed their happiness while dancing to the tunes of the bubbly melody ‘Id Mubarak- A Time To Celebrate’. The cherry on the cake was the poetry ‘Happy Id’ which was recited with full expressions and articulation. The Principal Ms. Guneet Ohri addressed the students and reiterated the significance of Eid highlighting the importance of unity and togetherness. The assembly concluded with a melodious rendition of the National Anthem wherein everyone stood up to show their love and respect towards the country.
