“I hear and I forget, I see and I remember, I do and I understand.”
‘Students at Hands-On Learning’
Taking student-led learning a notch higher the learners of Grade VII participated in the Gizmo-interactive game and reinforced their knowledge about the DIGESTIVE SYSTEM in human beings. Gizmo is a simulation tool where they learned about the various parts by positioning the parts of the human digestive system by joining the different organs. They also learned to label the digestive system through an interactive worksheet by dragging the names to their correct positions. Such types of engaging activities helped learners move beyond memorizing to inch towards better understanding.
