Suncity School, 37 D celebrated its first Tech Fest ‘Techtonik’ which was dedicated to the United Nations “Sustainable Development Goals” keeping in mind the spirit of innovation, responsible and empathetic individuals, adaptability to change ensuring not only the intellectual, social and emotional development of students but also to unlock their creativity, teamwork, leadership and critical thinking skills.
The event set the stage for the dynamic students from over 22 schools to create, innovate, perform and excel!
The event was categorized under 9 events based on different SDGs viz, Scratch Coding, Creating a sustainable world in Paint 3D, ‘Game Creation’, ‘Web page creation’, Comic Strip’, ‘Minecraft world’, ‘Web Designing’, ‘3D Model’. Showcasing their talent, t he students used various application and software’s like Scratch, Canva , Paint3D, PowerPoint, Adobe Spark, Minecraft, Sketch-up, languages such as HTML, CSS, J Query, etc.
The panel of judges for the competition ranged from a parent, peer teachers, Nationally and Internationally renowned individuals in the field of technology.
The event was flagged off by the encouraging words o 'You all are winners have made it through the top 5' by the Principal Ms Guneet Ohri.
The event was concluded with feeback from the esteemed panel of judges and a round of applause by the audience.
