Education is not confined within the walls of a classroom; it's a journey that encompasses the world. Every step, every encounter, every moment of exploration is an excursion towards enlightenment.
The school organized an educational excursion for the students of Grades XI and XII Vedatya Institute with an aim to provide an insight into higher education options and campus life.
Mr. Sandeep Munjal, Director of Vedatya Institute, led the inaugural session, focusing on the concept of protean careers and inspiring students. He offered guidance on identifying an ideal career path based on personal qualities and individual skills, using a psychology test and insights into various functional domains within the industrial sector. Subsequent sessions were conducted by Dr. Anita Sharma, Associate Dean and Professor, Ms. Anila Rattan, Head of School- Hospitality & Tourism Management and Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Head of School- Culinary Excellence.
Students benefited from the workshop on protean careers, gaining insights into aligning personal values with professional aspirations. Further, the "Hospitality Kaleidoscope" session offered an in-depth look at various aspects of the industry, while the sushi-making demonstration and activity allowed for a hands-on culinary experience.
