The students of Grade XI-A of Suncity School 37D conducted a distinguished assembly in honor of the courage and sacrifice of our valiant soldiers . The proceedings commenced with the presentation of the News of the Day, Thought of the Day, and Word of the Day, establishing a reflective and informative ambiance. This was succeeded by a stirring rendition of a patriotic song which evoked a profound sense of national pride among the attendees. The centrepiece of the assembly was an evocative play titled ‘The Journey of a Soldier’s Life’. Through meticulously rehearsed scenes, the play poignantly depicted the struggle, sacrifice, devotion, and dedication of soldiers towards their motherland.
The choir group, through their melodious rendition of ‘Vande Mataram’ further enhanced the emotional resonance of the play. In addition to the theatrical presentation, the assembly featured a ceremonious prize distribution to honour the victors of the Cryptic Hunt and CAPAX Competition. Advay Singh of Grade XII was awarded third place, while Gaurika and Pravy Dixit of Grade IX-A secured first place in the Artist Exploration event. These accolades celebrated the diverse talents of the students and their noteworthy achievements. The event concluded on a patriotic note with the singing of the school song, followed by the National Anthem, instilling a deep sense of pride and responsibility in all attendees.
