A day of pride, inspiration, and unity! where the school paid homage to the fallen hero’s , their contribution and the sacrifice of their families.
The event was graced by Maj Gen (Dr.) Gajinder Singh Chandel (Retd) AVSM as the Chief Guest who in his passionate speech urged the children to dream and take failures as stepping stones to success. He also spoke about the need build in fitness, resilience and self discipline in one’s self.
The Director, Ms Guneet Ohri’s heartfelt words about the sacrifices of the soldiers and their families , the need to treasure freedom , value friends and contribute towards the nation’s growth found resonance among all.
The Principal Ms Jayshree Patel reminded everyone that education and freedom go hand in hand in building the India of our dreams and reiterated the need to remember that the freedom was achieved after all the sacrifices that were made by our founding fathers.
The celebrations were marked by flag hoisting by the Chief Guest and the youngest students of our school followed by the inauguration of the Art exhibition with students work conveying the message of Viksit Bharat 2047 initiatives. This was followed by soulful instrumental rendition of Vande Mataram , eloquent speeches by our young visionaries that gave goose bumps to all listeners.
The theatrical presentation , Echo of Freedom ( along with mesmerising and soul stirring dance performances) took the audience on a captivating journey from the pages of history to the dreams of the future. Adding to the spirit, the patriotic song “अमन के फूलों से खिला है ये संसार हमारा” spread a heartfelt message of peace and harmony . The speeches by the students inspired a collective pledge towards building a developed India by 2047
The Vote of Thanks, presented by Head Girl Grace Chemjong and Head Boy Ruhaan Sharma, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all dignitaries, participants, and guests. The celebration concluded with the School Anthem followed by the National Anthem, as the gathering stood united — not just as proud Indians, but as committed architects of a superpowered Bharat.
