Capacity Building Programme on “Promoting Mental Health and Wellness among Students ” was held at Suncity School 37D on Saturday, 22 November 2025. It was facilitated by CBSE Resource Persons Ms Seema Yadav and Ms Monica Rathee.
The facilitators highlighted the importance of observation, active listening, educator self-care, and coordinated support from teachers, parents, and counsellors in fostering a balanced learning ecosystem.
The workshop engaged 60 educators from various schools, creating a collaborative space for shared learning and professional development.
