Learning truly comes alive when it goes beyond the classroom! On 30th October, students of Grades III, IV and V embarked on exciting school excursions, immersing themselves in nature, adventure, exploration and experiential learning. Grade III enjoyed a two-day, one-night adventure, while Grades IV and V set out on three-day, two-night journeys, each filled with opportunities to learn, collaborate and create cherished memories.
Grade III | Sariska
An enriching two-day, one-night expedition combining wildlife exploration, adventure and community engagement! Students learnt camping skills, pitched tents, built rafts and participated in a thrilling raft race. An early morning safari at Sariska Tiger Reserve brought fascinating encounters with wildlife, while a village visit offered insights into rural life, agriculture, education and women's empowerment. Camp games, journaling, a DJ evening and magical stargazing with telescope views of Saturn and the Moon made the experience truly unforgettable.
Grade IV | Jim Corbett
A thrilling three-day, two-night adventure filled with excitement and discovery! From raft building and racing to an exhilarating jeep safari, every experience brought new learning. Pugmark identification, rope tying, water surfing, zip-lining and tent-making fostered teamwork, resilience and problem-solving. A bonfire, a vibrant DJ evening, a refreshing sunrise trek and souvenir shopping added to the excitement.
Grade V | Bhimtal
A memorable three-day, two-night journey packed with adventure, teamwork and exploration! Students explored camping essentials, mastered knot-tying and challenged themselves through zip-lining, Mission Impossible, Hangman and Guerrilla Warfare. A trek to Garud Tal, camp games, journal writing, music, dance, bonfire and stargazing brought together learning, creativity and camaraderie.
The excursions culminated in joyful celebrations, with students receiving awards for Best Camper, Best Journal, Best Team, Best Tent, Best Room and Best Cottage—recognising their enthusiasm, participation and team spirit.
Three destinations, different journeys, countless discoveries and memories that will last a lifetime!
